What we collect
The details you type into our form or send us on WhatsApp or by phone: your name, contact details and the documents you choose to send, such as your ID, proof of address, payslips, bank statements, credit report and debt review papers.
Why we collect it
Only to look at your credit profile, advise you and work on your file, including contacting your debt counsellor, creditors and the credit bureaus on your behalf when you have asked us to.
Who sees it
The Debt Cleaner, and only the parties we need to deal with on your file. We never sell your information or share it for marketing.
This website
The form on this website does not store anything. It only puts your details into a WhatsApp message on your own phone, which you choose to send. The site counts page visits anonymously, without cookies.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once your file is closed. Contact us on WhatsApp or call 079 676 4603. You can also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
